Cancellations & Reschedules

At Fifteen.Five.Ten, we understand that life happens, and plans can change.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, please call 0421333462.

Deposits

No deposit is required to make a booking.

Health Considerations

If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Professional Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Fifteen.Five.Ten is a professional relaxation studio. I do not offer any intimate, sensual, or inappropriate services. Any request of this nature will result in the immediate cancellation of your session, and you will be required to leave the premises immediately. No refund will be given, and you will be permanently banned from booking any future appointments. If you fail to comply, the police will be notified.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment, please let me know by calling or texting 0421 333 462. I understand that sometimes things happen that are outside your control, and I appreciate you keeping me updated so I can do my best to accommodate you.

No-Show

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, Fifteen.Five.Ten will send an invoice for the full cost of the booked service, which will require immediate payment. Appointments are specifically prepared to ensure a relaxing and personalised experience. Missed appointments result in unused time that could have been allocated to another client.

Pricing

Service pricing is accurate as of 27th January 2025 and reflects the high level of care provided at Fifteen.Five.Ten. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but all updates will be reflected on the website and booking system.

All prices listed for services and products at Fifteen.Five.Ten are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please ensure this is considered when reviewing pricing or making payments.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for changes of mind regarding services or purchased products. If there are concerns about a product or service, clients are encouraged to reach out to discuss them.

Reminders

A text message will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This message will include your booking consultation form, which must be completed prior to your session.
